Verizon FIOS email settings:
Username: your main email account (do not include the @verizon.net)
SMTP (Outgoing) outgoing.verizon.net
POP3 (Incoming) incoming.verizon.net
Server Requires Authentication
These settings will work with Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird, Windows Live Mail or any other email client program.
